REFERENCES TO TIME PERIODS. All references to the term “year” in this Agreement shall mean contract year unless specifically stated otherwise. All references to the term “month” in this Agreement shall mean a full calendar month; provided that if the Effective Date shall be other than the first day of a calendar month, then the first “month” of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and end on the last day of the month in which the Effective Date occurs. All references to the term “quarter” in this Agreement shall mean a calendar quarter; provided that the first “quarter” of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and terminate on the last day of the calendar quarter in which the Effective Date occurs. Calendar quarters shall be January 1 through March 31, April 1 through June 30, July 1 through September 30, and October 1 through December 31.
