TRAVEL RULE REQUIRMENTS. Lightbit shall comply with the Financial Action Task Force (“FATF”) Travel Rule for Digital Asset transactions, including but not limited to collecting and transmitting to the recipient's financial institution, prior to completion of a transaction, the originator's name, physical address, and account information, as well as the beneficiary's name and account information for any transaction hereunder in accordance with Applicable law. Lightbit shall also implement appropriate measures to verify the identity of its Users and conduct ongoing monitoring of transactions to detect and report any suspicious activity in accordance with FATF guidelines 12.1 Lightbit strives to provide accurate and reliable information and content on the Site, but such information may not always be correct, complete, or up to date. You should always carry out your own independent appraisal and investigations in relation to such information and not rely on it in any way. 12.2 The Site may also contain links to third party websites, applications, events or other materials ("Third Party Content"). Such information is provided for your convenience and links or references to Third Party Content do not constitute an endorsement by Lightbit of any products or services. Lightbit makes no representation as to the quality, suitability, functionality or legality of Third Party Content, or to any goods and services available from third party websites, and Lightbit shall have no liability for any losses incurred as a result of actions taken in reliance on the information contained on the Site or in any Third Party Content. 12.3 We have no control over, or liability for, the delivery, quality, safety, legality or any other aspect of any goods or services that you may purchase from a third party (including other Users of the Platform). We are not responsible for ensuring that a third party buyer or seller you transact with will complete the transaction or is authorised to do so. If you experience a problem with any goods or services purchased from, or sold to, a third party purchased using Digital Assets in connection with the Services, you must resolve the dispute directly with that third party.

  • Training Requirements Grantee shall: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS; B. Appropriately budget funds in order to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure that staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met; and C. Ensure that staff hired for HIV and syphilis testing are trained to perform blood draws within three (3) months of employment.

  • Minimum Vendor Legal Requirements Vendor shall remain aware of and comply with this Agreement and all local, state, and federal laws governing the sale of products/services offered by Vendor under this contract. Such applicable laws, ordinances, and policies must be complied with even if not specified herein.

  • SPECIALIZED SERVICE REQUIREMENTS In the event that the Participating Entity requires service or specialized performance requirements not addressed in this Contract (such as e- commerce specifications, specialized delivery requirements, or other specifications and requirements), the Participating Entity and the Supplier may enter into a separate, standalone agreement, apart from this Contract. Sourcewell, including its agents and employees, will not be made a party to a claim for breach of such agreement.

  • Conformance to Applicable Requirements All work prepared by Consultant shall be subject to the approval of City.

  • Overtime requirements No contractor or subcontractor contracting for any part of the contract work which may require or involve the employment of laborers or mechanics shall require or permit any such laborer or mechanic in any workweek in which he or she is employed on such work to work in excess of forty hours in such workweek unless such laborer or mechanic receives compensation at a rate not less than one and one-half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in such workweek.

  • LABOR CODE REQUIREMENTS The Contractor shall comply with all applicable provisions of the California Labor Code, Division 3, Part 7, Chapter 1, Articles 1 – 5, including, without limitation, the payment of the general prevailing per diem wage rates for public work projects of more than one thousand dollars ($1,000). Copies of the prevailing rate of per diem wages are on file with the District or available online at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/. In addition, the Contractor and each subcontractor shall comply with Chapter 1 of Division 2, Part 7 of the California Labor Code, beginning with Section 1720, and including Section 1735, 1777.5 and 1777.6, forbidding discrimination, and Sections 1776, 1777.5 and 1777.6 concerning the employment of apprentices by Contractor or subcontractors. Willful failure to comply may result in penalties, including loss of the right to bid on or receive public works contracts.

  • Staffing Requirements Licensee will be in full compliance with the main studio staff requirements as specified by the FCC.

  • Credentialing Requirements Registry Operator, through the facilitation of the CZDA Provider, will request each user to provide it with information sufficient to correctly identify and locate the user. Such user information will include, without limitation, company name, contact name, address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address and IP address.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.
