TRAVEL RULE REQUIRMENTS. Lightbit shall comply with the Financial Action Task Force (“FATF”) Travel Rule for Digital Asset transactions, including but not limited to collecting and transmitting to the recipient's financial institution, prior to completion of a transaction, the originator's name, physical address, and account information, as well as the beneficiary's name and account information for any transaction hereunder in accordance with Applicable law. Lightbit shall also implement appropriate measures to verify the identity of its Users and conduct ongoing monitoring of transactions to detect and report any suspicious activity in accordance with FATF guidelines

12.3 We have no control over, or liability for, the delivery, quality, safety, legality or any other aspect of any goods or services that you may purchase from a third party (including other Users of the Platform). We are not responsible for ensuring that a third party buyer or seller you transact with will complete the transaction or is authorised to do so. If you experience a problem with any goods or services purchased from, or sold to, a third party purchased using Digital Assets in connection with the Services, you must resolve the dispute directly with that third party.
