CONSULTATIVE MECHANISMS Effective consultation is essential for continuous workplace reform and such consultation can take place at any time during the life of a project. Consultative Committees may be set up on larger projects for this purpose.
Validation Mechanism To be eligible for articulation, the student must show evidence of their CompTIA A+ certification and it must have been issued within three (3) years prior to their enrollment in the program.
Consultative Mechanism The parties agree that a precondition for the effective operation of the Agreement is the establishment of consultative mechanisms with the Company. Payment Mechanism All payments under this Agreement shall be made in United States Dollars, unless otherwise agreed, and within ten (10) days after the end of the month in which the obligation to make the payment is incurred to a bank specified by the Party to whom the payment is due.
DIVIDEND COMPOUNDING AND CREDITING Dividends will be compounded quarterly and credited on the first day of the following quarter and the dividend period is quarterly. For example, the beginning date of the first dividend period of the calendar year is January 1 and the ending date is March 31. All other dividend periods follow this same pattern of dates. The dividend declaration date precedes the ending date of a dividend period and, for example, is the fourth Thursday of March. Dispute Resolution Mechanism a. Any dispute regarding the administration of the Institute at the Company or plant level shall be subject to expedited resolution by the Chairs of the Union and Company Negotiating Committees and the Executive Director of ICD who shall apply the policies, rules and regulations of the Governing Board and the provisions of this Section in ruling on any such dispute. Rulings of the Executive Director may be appealed to the Governing Board, but shall become and remain effective unless stayed or reversed by the Governing Board.
Follow-up Testing An employee shall submit to unscheduled follow-up drug and/or alcohol testing if, within the previous 24-month period, the employee voluntarily disclosed drug or alcohol problems, entered into or completed a rehabilitation program for drug or alcohol abuse, failed or refused a preappointment drug test, or was disciplined for violating the provisions of this Agreement and Employer work rules. The Employer may require an employee who is subject to follow-up testing to submit to no more than six unscheduled drug or alcohol tests within any 12 month period.
Mechanism a) The Secretary for Education shall, within one month of ratification of any collective agreement (or relevant variation thereof) applicable to other teachers in the state and integrated school sector, notify the NZEI Te Riu Roa National Secretary of any changes to the base salary scale and offer such changes to teachers covered by the PTCA.
