Referral to Arbitration After Step I. Where the grievance has not been resolved at Step I but there is agreement concerning the PDF, the matter may be referred directly to Arbitration by notice in writing given to the College within fourteen (14) days of the date the grievor should have received the College's decision under Step I. The matter will be referred to a single arbitrator as provided in Article 18.4.3.
