REFERRAL TO THE JOINT COMMITTEE. 1. If the Parties fail to resolve a matter within 60 days of the delivery of a request for consultations under Article 20.6, either Party may refer the matter to the Joint Committee by delivering written notification to the other Party. 2. The Joint Committee shall promptly convene and endeavour to resolve the matter.
