Common use of Reformulation Standard Clause in Contracts

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” shall mean Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) of DEHP when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C or other methodology utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance.

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” shall mean Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) of DEHP DINP when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C or other methodology utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance.

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” shall mean Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) of DEHP DIDP when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C or other methodology utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance.

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” shall mean Covered Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) of DEHP when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C or other methodology utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance.

Reformulation Standard. For the purposes of this Settlement Agreement, “Reformulated Products” shall mean are defined as Products that contain DEHP in concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% 0.1 percent (1,000 parts per million (ppm)million) of DEHP when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C or other methodology utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate DEHP content in a solid substance.

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” shall mean Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) of DEHP DEHP, DINP, or DIDP respectively when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C or other methodology utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance.

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” " shall mean Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) of DEHP when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C or other methodology utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance.

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” shall mean Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million (“ppm”)) each of DEHP in any accessible components when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C 8270C, or other methodology methodologies utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance.

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” shall mean Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million ([ppm)]) of DEHP when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C or other methodology utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance.

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” shall mean Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million (“ppm”)) each of DEHP DEHP,in any accessible components when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C 8270C, or other methodology methodologies utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance.

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” shall mean Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) of DEHP when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C or other methodology utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance. Reforumated Products shall be deemed to comply with Proposotion 65 and be exempt from any Proposition 65 warning requirement.

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” shall mean Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) of DEHP when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C or other methodology utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance. The Parties agree that Reformulated Products shall be deemed to comply with Proposition 65 and be exempt from any Proposition 65 warning requirement.

HSN is entitled to rely on testing or representations provided by its supplier(s) or vendor(s) with respect to the content of the Products.

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” shall mean Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) of DEHP when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C or other methodology method of analysis utilized by the federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance. Gourmet Home shall be entitled to rely on testing provided by a manufacturer, importer or distributor of the Product to document that a Product is a Reformulated Product.

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” shall mean are defined as those Products that contain containing DEHP in concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% 0.1 percent (1,000 parts per million (“ppm)”) of DEHP when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C or any other methodology utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate DEHP content in a solid substance.

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” shall mean Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) of DEHP when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C or other methodology utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance. Sportsman’s Market is entitled to rely on testing or representations provided by its supplier(s) or vendor(s) with respect to the content of the Products.

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” shall mean Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) of DEHP or DINP when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C or other methodology utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance, including, but not limited to, ISO 14389.

Reformulation Standard. “Reformulated Products” shall mean Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) of DEHP and/or DINP when analyzed pursuant to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C CPSC-CH-C1001-09.4 method or other methodology utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance.
