REFUSAL TO EXECUTE A PAYMENT ORDER. (a) The Bank shall be entitled to refuse to execute a payment order and shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the Cardholder and/or the holder of the Card Account and/or, where applicable, the Authorized Cardholder, in the following circumstances:

REFUSAL TO EXECUTE A PAYMENT ORDER. 10.1 Credit Europe may refuse to execute a Payment Order if one of the requirements for the execution of a Payment Order as set out in these Conditions has not been met, if the Payment Order is not duly authorized, if the Payment Order was unclear, if there is insufficient balance on the Account for the execution of the Payment Order or if Credit Europe has reason to believe that the carrying out of the Payment Order would be contrary to any applicable law. Credit Europe will inform the Customer of the refusal and, if possible, the reason for this refusal as soon as possible.
