Authorized Cardholder definition

Authorized Cardholder means each employee or officer of the Business to whom a Card is issued and any other person that the Business or a cardholding employee or officer allows to use a Card or the Account.
Authorized Cardholder means the person (other than the Cardholder) to whom an Additional Card is issued upon the Cardholder’s request and includes his personal representatives and heirs.
Authorized Cardholder means each authorized account signer who is granted, accepts, or uses the Card.

  • This Agreement shall not have an expiration date and shall continue to be in force until it is terminated by the holder of the Card Account, the Cardholder (where he is not the holder of the Card Account), the Authorized Cardholder, or the Bank as provided below.

Authorized Cardholder means the person (other than the cardholder) identified on any Card issued by the Bank at the Cardholder's request and includes his personal representatives and heirs.
Authorized Cardholder is an individual receiving a Card, but who has no responsibility for payment of the Account. The words “you”, “your”, and “cardholder” mean each person, jointly and individually, who holds, signs, retains, uses, or permits others to use or sign a card. The words “our”, “we” and “us” mean FAIRWINDS Credit Union or any of its assignees. Unless otherwise stated, “Account” means your Card account with us. You agree to pay all charges (purchases, balance transfers and cash advances) on your account made by you, any Authorized Cardholder or anyone who you authorize to use your account. Your obligation to pay the amount owed on your account continues until paid in full even though an agreement, divorce decree, or other court judgment to which we are not a party may direct someone else to pay the account balance. If more than one person is subject to this agreement, each is individually responsible for all amounts owed. This means we can enforce this agreement against any of you individually or all of you together.
Authorized Cardholder means the person (other than the Cardholder) identified on any additional Card issued by the Bank at the request of the holder of the Card Account, who is given the permission to use an additional Card in accordance with these Cards Terms and Conditions, and includes his personal representatives and heirs. “Bank” means the Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd registered with the Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver in Cyprus (Reg.No.165) having its registered office at 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xx., Xxxxxxxxx 0000 and licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus. The definition also includes its successors, assigns and any person acting on its or their behalf.
Authorized Cardholder means: (I) in the case of a corporation, partnership, or limited liability entity, those individuals authorized and required to sign the Application, (II) in the case of a sole proprietorship, the owner(s), or (III) those other individuals designated in your Application as authorized to use Cards and obtain advances. Such Individuals must agree to execute other forms of signature identification as may be required by us.
Authorized Cardholder the person, other than the Principal Cardholder, in whose name the Bank has issued a Card which he is entitled to use, following the Principal Cardholder' s request.
Authorized Cardholder means the individual and/or corporate entity the Account Holder has authorized to sign or use the Card(s) and whose name is imprinted on the Card. Account: Account of the main Cardholder opened with the company which is credited/debited for the amounts of the transactions, fees and commissions arising from the use of the Card. Point of Sale (POS): Designated Service Station at which the use of RUBiS Card is authorized and acceptable. Point of Sale Terminal: An electronic device that provides and facilitates fueling installed at the points of sale of fuels and services and makes respective charges thereof with RUBiS Card. P.I.N (Personal Identification Number): Secret personal identification number of the main Cardholder used for authorization when the Card is used at Point of Sale terminal. Products: means stocks of Diesel, Petrol, Lubricants, LPG Services: means airtime purchase, xxxx payments, purchases from Rubis Express shop RUBiS Card issuance process and credit limit approval. In order to use the RUBiS Card, you hereby consent to provide and agree to complete all required information in the application form for approval by Rubis Energy Kenya. You undertake and agree to provide current, complete and accurate information and maintain it as current and accurate. We, in our sole and absolute discretion, may refuse to approve or may terminate existing registrations with or without cause or notice, other than any notice required by any applicable law, and not waived herein.

It will show, among other things, the balance of your Account at the beginning of the Billing Cycle ("Previous Balance"), any new advances, accrued periodic interest owed and other charges, payments made and other credits, and the balance outstanding on the closing date of the Billing Cycle ("New Balance"). Your Statement also will identify your Minimum Payment and the date it is due. If you think your Statement is wrong, or if you need more information about a transaction on your Statement, write to us (on a separate sheet) at the address listed on your Statement. In your letter, give us the following information: ● Your name and account number; ● The dollar amount of the suspected error; and ● Describe the error and explain, if you can, why you believe there is an error. If you need more information, describe the item you are not sure about After we receive your letter, we will investigate your question. Within 90 days we will either correct the error or send you a letter explaining why we believe your Statement was correct. We will provide you with photographic or other documentary evidence of each advance upon your reasonable request or upon proper written notice of a billing error.
