Regarding Voluntary Transfer of Assignments or Location. Requests by a bargaining unit member for a specific transfer shall be made in writing to the Superintendent or his designee. The letter shall set forth the reasons for the requested transfer, and name the specific desires of the requesting party, citing the applicant's qualifications, certification and rationale for the request. In order to assure the active consideration of transfer requests for the following academic semester, all voluntary transfer requests must be filed and renewed in writing annually, prior to April 1 of each academic year.
