Identification of Exceptional Children. Employees shall be notified of any known special needs students (as per that student’s IEPT/504) assigned to their classes. "Notification" shall be construed to include a review of the student's history and explanation of his condition and suggestions and/or requirements for meeting his needs. If any such child is under the care of a professional person or agency other than those employed by the school district, the principal shall, on request of the employees, seek such information and services which might improve the situation. Such information regarding a previously certified child shall be provided only with parental consent.

  • CLASSIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES Section 1. A full-time employee shall be deemed to be any employee regularly scheduled to work forty (40) hours per week. A regular employee is one whose employment is reasonably expected to continue for longer than fifteen (15) months.

  • Incorporation of Exhibits The Exhibits attached to this Agreement are incorporated herein and shall be considered a part of this Agreement for all purposes.

Additionally, the Contractor will promptly notify the City Contract Manager and obtain approval for the replacement. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
