REGIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES. The RLPL will visit the project site within 30 days of the Sponsor’s request, and if the project is complete, will sign the Final Acceptance form (NYS 1446-LA) and proceed with SLA close-out. If the RLPL determines the project is incomplete, the RLPL will notify the Sponsor in writing (with an explanation) and will arrange another site visit for when it is expected to be complete.
