REGIONAL SAN Sample Clauses

REGIONAL SAN. Regional San has oversight authority for the Program and is responsible for implementation of Project Implementation Actions and Adaptive Management Actions anticipated to result in the Public Water Quality Benefit described in this Contract, including monitoring for the Public Water Quality Benefit, and reporting to the State Water Board and the CWC pursuant to California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 6014, subdivisions (a)(2)(A)(3) and (a)(2)(A)(4), respectively. Regional San may delegate elements of Program reporting or execution of the Adaptive Management Plan. However, any delegation does not relieve Regional San of its responsibility to ensure that the terms and conditions identified in the Contract are met.

Regional San may delegate elements of Program reporting or execution of the Adaptive Management Plan. However, any delegation does not relieve Regional San of its responsibility to ensure that the terms and conditions identified in the Contract are met.

  • TOBACCO FREE CAMPUS All Orange County operations under the Board of County Commissioners shall be tobacco free. This policy shall apply to parking lots, parks, break areas and worksites. It is also applicable to Contractors and their personnel during contract performance on County owned property. Tobacco is defined as tobacco products including, but not limited to, cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, chewing tobacco and snuff. Failure to abide by this policy may result in civil penalties levied under Chapter 386, Florida Statutes and/or contract enforcement remedies.

  • Safety Footwear Employees who are required by the Employer to wear safety footwear, shall be reimbursed for actual footwear costs to a maximum of $175.00 (tax inc.) per year.

  • Use; Quality Control a. Neither party may alter the other party’s trademarks from the form provided and must comply with removal requests as to specific uses of its trademarks or logos. b.
