The CONTRACTOR shall in particular ensure due compliance with the provisions of relevant Minimum Wages Act, 1948, payment of Wages Act, 1930, Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolitions Act 1970, Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provision Act 1952 and other Industrial Laws in force at site of work. 50 SITE UPKEEP The Contractor shall ensure the upkeep of the working site from time to time for access to work site and also from safety point of view. Working site should always be kept neat & tidy up to the entire satisfactions of the EIC. Before handing over any work to owner, the contractor in addition to other formalities to be observed as detailed in the documents shall clear the site to the entire satisfaction of EIC
