Common use of Registered Nurse Level 5 Clause in Contracts

Registered Nurse Level 5. 5.1.1 An employee appointed to this level shall perform work above and beyond the skills of a Registered Nurse Level 4 and shall have obtained proficiency and qualifications necessary to perform work at this level. The employee at this level shall perform work in accordance with ANCI competencies found at Schedule 5 as well as the following:

Registered Nurse Level 5. 5.1.1 An employee appointed to this level shall will perform work above and beyond the skills of a Registered Nurse Level 4 and shall will have obtained proficiency and qualifications necessary to perform work at this level. The employee at this level shall will perform work in accordance with ANCI competencies found at Schedule 5 as well as the following:

Registered Nurse Level 5. 5.1.1 An employee appointed to this level shall perform work above and beyond the skills of a Registered Nurse Level 4 and shall have obtained proficiency and qualifications necessary to perform work at this level. The employee at this level shall perform work in accordance with ANCI competencies found at Schedule 5 4 as well as the following:

Registered Nurse Level 5. 5.1.1 An employee appointed to this level shall will perform work above and beyond the skills of a Registered Nurse Level 4 and shall will have obtained proficiency and qualifications necessary to perform work at this level. The employee at this level shall will perform work in accordance with ANCI competencies found at Schedule 5 the NMBA professional standards as well as the following:

Registered Nurse Level 5. 5.1.1 3.5.1 An employee appointed to this level shall perform work above and beyond the skills of a Registered Nurse Level 4 and shall have obtained proficiency and qualifications necessary to perform work at this level. The employee at this level shall perform work in accordance with ANCI competencies found at Schedule 5 3 as well as the following:
