Common use of REGISTRATION 7 Clause in Contracts

REGISTRATION 7. 01‌ A non-registered nurse is a nurse who is a graduate of an approved nursing program recognized by the Registered Nurses’ Association of B.C. or the Registered Psychiatric Nurses’ Association of B.C., and who is either: A) currently licensed with one of the Associations; B) in receipt of a temporary license from one of the Associations prior to licensor; or C) in receipt of an interim permit from one of the Associations prior to registration.

College of the Associations Nursing Professionals prior to licensorlicensure; or C) or in receipt of an interim permit from one the B.C. College of the Associations Nursing Professionals prior to registration.
