REGISTRATION, ACCOUNT AND COMMUNICATION. PREFERENCES In order to access and use certain areas or features of Maia, you will need to have an account with us (the “Account”). By creating an Account, you agree to (i) provide accurate, current and complete account information about yourself as necessary, (ii) maintain and promptly update from time to time as necessary your Account information, (iii) maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your Account and the information you provide to us, and (iv) immediately notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to your Account. In creating an Account, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of New Zealand or any other applicable jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false or misleading.

If requested by the Authorized User, the Contractor shall furnish the Authorized User with service reports for all Maintenance/support and warranty work upon completion of the services. The service reports may include the following information in either electronic or hard copy form as designated by the Authorized User:  Date and time Contractor was notified  Date and time of Contractor’s arrival  Make and model of the Product  Description of malfunction reported by Authorized User  Diagnosis of failure and/or work performed by Contractor  Date and time failure was corrected by Contractor  Type of service – Maintenance/support or warranty  Charges, if any, for the service Service Reports for OGS

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Upon reinstatement by Xxxxxxxx, this Security Instrument and obligations secured hereby shall remain fully effective as if no acceleration had occurred. However, this right to reinstate shall not apply in the case of acceleration under Section 18.
