Regular And Ongoing. When an Employer makes a determination that a Program/Department or encumbered position(s) will be changed to a multi-site structure, within a Regional Health Authority, on a regular and ongoing basis, the Employer and union will meet to discuss details related to implementation of the change. In any event, the change will not be implemented without at least sixty (60) days notice to the union. Implementation shall occur as follows:
