Regular Compensation Rate. As regards Police Officers, an employee's regular compensation rate is one fortieth (1/40th) of his/her regular weekly compensation rate as determined by dividing the applicable annual salary set forth in ParagraphParagraph 28.1 by 52, and this rate will apply to all work time constituting his/her normal workday or workweek.
