Common use of Regular Compensation Rate Clause in Contracts

Regular Compensation Rate. As regards Police Officers, an employee's regular compensation rate is one fortieth (1/40th) of his/her regular weekly compensation rate as determined by dividing the applicable annual salary set forth in Paragraph 28.1 by 52, and this rate will apply to all work time constituting his/her normal workday or workweek. As regards Police Dispatchers, an employee's regular compensation rate is as stated in Paragraph 28.1.
