Regulations Concerning Absence. a. Sick leave with pay shall be earned, paid for and used by employees in accordance with the provisions of Section 3319.141, Ohio Revised Code. In accordance with the provisions of that section, employees will be permitted to accumulate sick leave with pay, at the rate of 15 days per year to an unlimited accumulation. At the time of employment new employees shall be advanced five (5) days of sick leave.
