Common use of Rehabilitation for Permanent Supportive Housing Clause in Contracts

Rehabilitation for Permanent Supportive Housing. Upon the fulfillment of the Preconditions set forth in Section 5.1.2, below, and payment for and issuance of all permits required under the Laws (whether from County in its governmental capacity, or otherwise), Tenant shall cause the Work to be performed on the Property to be in compliance with Exhibit B.
