REHIRE OF PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE. In the event that a probationary employee is rehired to the same classification within three months after being terminated as part of a layoff process during his probationary period, he shall receive credit for his previous service as a probationary employee, if he worked at least one month prior to termination.
