Reimbursable Purchases (Reimbursable Change Orders. In the event that Owner specifically requests Contractor, by way of Change Order in accordance with Article 6 and Schedule D-4 of the Agreement, to purchase an item which is not included in the Scope of Work on a cost-reimbursable basis (“Reimbursable Change Order”), the provisions of this Section 3.10 shall apply to such reimbursable purchases.
