Common use of Reimbursement for Attested Time Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement for Attested Time. All Settlement Class Members may submit a claim for reimbursement of Attested Time up to ten (10) hours at forty dollars ($40) per hour. Settlement Class Members can receive reimbursement of Attested Time with a brief description of the actions taken in response to the Data Security Incident and the time associated with each action. Claims for Attested Time are capped at $400 per individual.

All Settlement Class Members may submit a claim for reimbursement of Attested Time up to ten four (104) hours at forty dollars Twenty Five Dollars and Zero Cents ($4025.00) per hour rounded to the nearest whole hour. Settlement Class Members can receive reimbursement of Attested Time with a brief description of the actions taken in response to the Data Security Incident and the time associated with each action. Claims for Attested Time are capped at One Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($400 100.00) per individual.

Settlement Class Members can receive reimbursement of may submit an additional Attested Time with a brief description of the actions taken in response request for up to eight (8) additional hours at $20.00 per hour for documented time that is fairly traceable to the Data Security Incident and the time associated with each action. Claims for Attested Time are capped at $400 per individualsupported by Reasonable Documentation.
