Common use of Reimbursement of Emergency Meals Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Emergency Meals. Effective July 1, 2002, employees who ordinarily qualify for a meal during the performance of after hours emergency work shall, with the proper receipts, be reimbursed up to $12.00. Effective July 1, 2003, the reimbursement amount shall increase up to $13.50 and effective July 1, 2004, it shall increase up to $15.00.
