Reimbursement of Enforcement Costs. Consistent with the Act and other applicable law, the Owner, if invoiced, shall reimburse Agency for is costs related to this Environmental Covenant. The invoice may be based on actual costs incurred by the Agency or on the fee scheduled approved by the legislature, or both, as applicable.
