Reimbursement of Landlord Costs. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all of its costs and expenses, including fees and expenses of both internal and outside counsel, and consultants’ fees and costs, incurred in connection with the review of requests for, and documents and materials related to, any financing of the Improvements.
