Reimbursement of Temporary Living Expenses. Pending acquisition of a permanent residence in California’s Bay Area, the Company shall reimburse the Executive up to $3,000.00 per month for temporary living expenses for up to a period of eight (8) months following the Effective Date, upon proper accounting for such expenses. Such reimbursements will cease once the Executive becomes eligible to receive the second relocation allowance payment as set forth in Paragraph 2.4 above, or after a period of eight (8) months, whichever occurs first.

Reimbursement of Temporary Living Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to $600 per month as reimbursement for temporary living expenses for each month commencing January 1, 1997 and on the first business day of each of the next twenty three (23) calendar months if on the first day of a relevant month the Executive is then an employee of the Company.
Reimbursement of Temporary Living Expenses. For no longer than the first eighteen (18) months of the Employment Period, the Company will reimburse Executive up to $6,500 per month to cover Executive’s temporary expenses incurred in connection with traveling to and living in the New York City tristate area to work onsite at the Company’s principal corporate office, including but not limited to temporary housing or a longer term lease, commuting expenses and other reasonable temporary living-related items (collectively “Temporary Living Expenses”). Appropriate supporting documentation (i.e. itemized receipts) of the Temporary Living Expenses must be submitted within forty-five (45) days after the Temporary Living Expenses were incurred and prior to reimbursement. The Company will determine in its reasonable judgment what, if any, of the Executive’s reimbursed Temporary Living Expenses are for nondeductible expenses in accordance with applicable law and will comply with associated withholding and tax reporting obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, in no event shall Executive be entitled to receive more than $120,000 for Temporary Living Expenses in the 18-month period following the Start Date.
