Reimbursement upon Termination. In the event of termination of the Agreement, Grantee shall be reimbursed for eligible, documented expenses in accordance with the Agreement up to the date of termination. Expenses incurred beyond the date of termination will not be reimbursed, and Grantee specifically waives all rights to any further funds upon termination of the Agreement.
