Common use of Reinstatement of Rights Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement of Rights. If, at the end of the 120 day period set forth in Section 8.08, the Selling Member has not sold the Offered Units, all of the restrictions on and procedures relating to Transfers set forth in this Agreement shall again come into effect with respect thereto.
