Common use of Reinstatement Right Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement Right. An employee returning from a personal leave of absence approved by the employee's department manager, which lasts forty-five (45) calendar days, or less, shall return to their former position. An employee returning from a leave in excess of forty-five (45) calendar days shall return to the first available position for which they are qualified.
