Common use of Reject of Recall Clause in Contracts

Reject of Recall. An employee may reject not to exceed one (1) time any District offer of recall to a position equivalent to that held prior to lay off without jeopardizing their placement on that list. Failure to accept a second recall will be deemed the equivalent of a resignation from District employment.
