Rejection of Automatic Credit Card or Other Account Debit. In the event that a charge made under this Agreement is rejected by Customer’s Credit Card or other Account, Vet2Pet will have the right, in Vet2Pet’s sole discretion, to suspend Customer’s license under this Agreement and access to the Application, until Customer provides updated Credit Card or other Account information and such required charges are paid in full. In the event that Customer has not cured the non­payment within fifteen (15) days of notice from Vet2Pet of the rejected charge, Vet2Pet has the right in Vet2Pet’s sole discretion to terminate this Agreement.

  • Eligible Accounts The words “Eligible Accounts” mean at any time, all of Borrower’s Accounts which contain selling terms and conditions acceptable to Lender. The net amount of any Eligible Account against which Borrower may borrow shall exclude all returns, discounts, credits, and offsets of any nature. Unless otherwise agreed to by Lender in writing, Eligible Accounts do not include:

  • Automatic transfer to new card account If you are issued with a replacement card with a different card number, you will need to re-establish any recurring payment instructions you have with your respective billing organization(s) to avoid any disruption to your bill payments and/or lapses in your policies (where applicable) and we will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred by you in connection with your failure to do such update. Further, if your recurring payment instruction is with a Specified Organisation named in xxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/recurringmerchants, you agree that we may, but are not obliged to, automatically charge your bills to such replacement card.

  • TERMINATION OF CARD ACCOUNT 10.1 Your option to terminate You may terminate your card account if you:-

  • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date. You agree that Dell may request that Your credit card payment issuer pre-authorize and hold an amount equal to the next recurring fee (or an estimate if the fee is variable) for the APEX Service in advance of its due date.

  • Qualified Credit Card Issuer A UK Financial Institution satisfying the following criteria:

  • Linked Accounts All accounts with the Bank that you enroll in a service will be linked by the tax identification numbers of the persons authorized to access the account. The linked accounts will appear together without regard to the ownership of the accounts. For example, if an authorized user of a linked account accesses the Service, that authorized user will be able to view and access at a single time the following accounts: • the accounts of the business for which that person is an authorized user; • the accounts of any other business for which that person is an authorized user; and • any consumer accounts for which the person is a co-owner or authorized signer.

  • Multiple Accounts 3.2.1 Calculations, reporting and administration may be performed by us separately for each of your Accounts, so that (without limitation):

  • Additional Benefits/Card Enhancements The Credit Union may from time to time offer additional services to your account, such as travel accident insurance, at no additional cost to you.
