Rejection of contract. If an employee declines a contract offered, then the work shall be done on a time rate and the employee shall be paid a wage corresponding to the employee’s personal hourly rate.
Rejection of contract. If the Vendor’s Contract is not prepared or submitted properly, then the City may reject the Contract. If the City does not reject the Contract, then the City may require correction of any deficiency and accept the Contract after it is corrected.
