Rejection of Tenders. If, pursuant to the Exchange Offer, the Company does not accept for exchange any of the Outstanding Notes tendered by a Holder of Outstanding Notes, Exchange Agent shall, promptly after the Expiration Date, cause the Outstanding Notes not accepted to be returned to, or in accordance with the instructions of, such Holder of Outstanding Notes.
