CONTRACT RATES. Fort Bend County is a ‘Cooperative Purchasing Participating Entity’ with the State of Texas. This program is also known as TPASS (Texas Procurement and Support Services) State Travel Management Program (STMP). This gives County employees and officials access to the contract rates negotiated by the State for hotels and rental cars. Procurement procedures for these contract services are explained within the categories below.
CONTRACT RATES. A. Repairs, Standard Rate: The Standard Rate shall apply to any repair that does not meet the criteria for Premium Rate. The Contractor shall perform routine repairs as directed by the City during the term of this contract. The Contractor shall be compensated for such repairs at the Standard Rate shown on the bid form. Materials used during routine repairs will be reimbursed at Contractor's cost plus 10%. All subcontracted work accomplished during routine repairs will be reimbursed at the Contractor's cost plus 5%.
CONTRACT RATES. TRPN contracts with insurance companies, third party administrators, health plans, individuals and entities hereinafter referred to as “Clients” that directly or indirectly access TRPN contracted providers for covered services. Covered Services shall include all services that are medically necessary including health, workers’ compensation, automobile and general liability. The rate used in conjunction with this Agreement will be a * discount off of Provider’s usual charge for covered services, less any applicable co-payments, co-insurance or deductibles. Clients are obligated to make payment directly to provider only at the contracted rate as payment in full. Provider shall not balance xxxx the patient upon receipt of payment in full at the contracted rate. TRPN has no responsibility to make payments on behalf of Clients. Payments shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of clean claim. Where a state mandated fee schedule exists, provider agrees to accept a * discount below the state schedule. Payments made and cashed by the provider shall be accepted as payment in full and fulfillment of all terms of the agreement, providing the total payment including the member’s portion is not less than the contracted rate.
CONTRACT RATES. 10.1 The weight of the Cargo arrived at ISRPL weighbridge / as measured by our nominated officer shall be final and binding on Carrier.
10.2 Carrier will be paid on actual load basis instead of payload.
10.3 ISRPL shall pay to the CARRIER freight rates calculated as per the particulars given in Annexure A to Agreement, which shall be considered as an integral part of Agreement. Annexure–A would remain firm till validity of contract
10.4 Rates are in Indian Rupees on per MT basis from nominated terminal to the destination on one way basis inclusive of comprehensive insurance of each vehicle, all interstate movement levies/toll/access charges on highways/ bridges/flyovers/expressways/state entry taxes/charges, butshall not include GST. These rates in Annexure A are also exclusive of GST
10.5 All incidental / miscellaneous expenses which are required to be incurred in order to discharge the contractual obligation as mentioned herein shall be exclusively borne by the CARRIER. Any charges towards statutory levies, rates for labour employed by the CARRIER as prescribed by any statutory body or Government Agency wherever in force.
10.6 Carrier agrees to pay all taxes which are based on or determined by reference to its income or that of its personnel and services and will hold harmless and indemnify the Company from all claims, taxes, penalties, fines, interest and other costs which may be made or assessed against the Carrier with respect to the Services performed under this Contract or with respect to personnel of the bidder and its subcontractors. The indemnities under this clause shall survive the term of this Contract by a term equal to the length of time allowed by statute. For the purpose of this clause, the benefit of any indemnity given in favour of the Company shall include its personnel, sub - contractors, joint venture partners, associates, affiliates and agents.
10.7 The Company may deduct or withhold sums from payments to be made by the Company to the Carrier to the extent that such deduction or withholding may be required by applicable law, orders, rules or directions of any competent taxing authority. The rates and prices set forth in this Contract shall be inclusive of any taxes required to be deducted or withheld.
CONTRACT RATES. A. The Contract rates shall be as stated in the Appendices attached hereto.
B. The SpotOn Booking service via Carrier’s website is provided free-of-charge. However, any cancellation, no-show or modification of carriage of the SpotOn Booking by Merchant is subject to applicable fees, passing-on of costs and/or reprice of freight, in accordance with the tariffs and rules set out in Carrier’s published SpotOn Booking Cancellation & Amendment Fees applicable to CMA CGM, available at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx/my-anl/prices/instant-quote-spoton and all references to “Shipper” and “Consignee” therein shall be understood as references to Merchant. Said fees apply as soon as the booking is confirmed by Xxxxxxx and may depend upon the Estimated Time of Departure (“ETD”) of the vessel identified on the original SpotOn Booking. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all SpotOn U.S. export cotton shipments shall be excluded from the standard SpotOn cancellation fee. In case of equipment shortage, cancellation by Carrier, or in case of rolling of Merchant’s cargo, Xxxxxxxx’s sole remedy shall be the cancellation of the relevant SpotOn Booking free-of-charge.
C. The Contract rates are not applicable for commodities excluded from FAK, including any commodities as specified in the offer and military and U. S. Government Agency Household Goods, U.S. flag impelled government and/or military cargo, U.S. government sponsored Cargo, Humanitarian Aid/Emergency Relief Cargo, and Project Cargo of the type described in CFR 520.2 (collectively US-Flag Government Impelled Cargo).
D. The Contract rates are not subject to General Rate Increases (GRI).
CONTRACT RATES. Pursuant to a duly completed and delivered Contract Borrowing Request or Contract Continuation/Conversion Notice, the Borrowers may elect that Contract Loans comprising a Contract Borrowing accrue interest at a rate per annum:
(a) on that portion maintained from time to time as a Base Rate Loan, equal to the sum of the Base Rate from time to time in effect plus the Applicable Margin, if any; and
(b) on that portion maintained as a Eurodollar Rate Loan, during each Interest Period applicable thereto, equal to the sum of the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period plus the Applicable Margin. All Eurodollar Rate Loans shall bear interest from the first day of the applicable Interest Period to the last day of such Interest Period at the interest rate determined as applicable to such Eurodollar Rate Loan.
CONTRACT RATES. State of Iowa travelers on official business for the State are limited to a reimbursement of $55 per day for a single occupancy room, exclusive of taxes. There may be exceptions based on business need as stated in the Department of Administrative Services – State Accounting Enterprise travel policy. Rates quote must be inclusive of all room charges, except sales tax and applicable hotel/motel tax. The State desires that quoted rates not include repeat use incentives such as “stay for ten nights and receive the eleventh night free.”
CONTRACT RATES. The Contractor shall use the contract rates established on the Price Schedule on all task orders awarded under the base IDIQ. The Contractor may propose less than the contract rates on task orders but will not exceed the rates established on the base IDIQ contract.
CONTRACT RATES. The rates charged to Owners for the Services are set out in Exhibit C (Rates and Invoicing).
CONTRACT RATES. The term “Contract Rates” shall mean the contract rates set forth in Exhibit B (Pricing Schedule).
