Common use of Related Processes and Consultation Clause in Contracts

Related Processes and Consultation. The parties agree that the CONSULTANT shall attempt to address reasonable questions from the CITY concerning processes related to the CITY’S entry-level hiring process for police officers that are not directly related to the examination process. The CONSULTANT reserves the right to request additional consideration for discussions and consultation that require unreasonable expenditure of CONSULTANT’S resources.
