Related Services. The District is responsible for ensuring its students are provided related services designated by the student’s IEP, including speech pathology, occupational therapy, and physical therapy services. EA will assist the District in providing these services, by permitting District personnel, and/or District independent contractors, to provide these services at EA facilities. The District shall be solely responsible for contacting and contracting with the licensed professionals who will provide these services to the District’s students.
