Common use of Relatedness Clause in Contracts

Relatedness. The "relatedness” of the field of study shall be determined by the Superintendent upon consultation with the employee and his/her immediate supervisor. It is understood that certain required courses in an Associate’s Degree may be of a general nature, not specifically in any given field.
