Relations with Suppliers and Customers. No material current supplier of Seller has canceled any contract or order for provision of, and, to the knowledge of Seller there has been no threat by any such supplier not to provide, raw materials, products, supplies, or services to the Business when owned by Seller. Except as specifically set forth in Schedule 3.20, Seller has not received any information from any customer that accounted for more than 10% of the revenues of Seller during the last full fiscal year to the effect that such customer intends to decrease the amount of business it does with the Business when owned by Seller.
Relations with Suppliers and Customers. No material current supplier of the Company or any Subsidiary has cancelled any contract or order for provision of, and, to the knowledge of the Company, there has been no threat by or basis for any such supplier not to provide, raw materials, products, supplies, or services to the businesses of the Company and its Subsidiaries either prior to or following the Merger. Except as specifically set forth on the Company Disclosure Schedule, neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has, to the knowledge of the Company, received any information from any customer that accounted for more than 5% of the revenues of the Company and its Subsidiaries during the last full fiscal year to the effect that such customer intends to materially decrease the amount of business it does with the businesses of the Company and its Subsidiaries either prior to or following the Merger. The Company Disclosure Schedule lists each supplier to the Company or any Subsidiary that is the sole source of a particular raw material, product, supply, or service.

No material current supplier of North Central or North Central’s Affiliates has cancelled any contract or order for provision of, and there has been no information to the effect that any such supplier may not provide, raw materials, products, supplies, or services to the businesses of North Central or North Central’s Affiliates either prior to or following the Closing Date. Except as set forth in Schedule 3.24, North Central and North Central’s Affiliates have not received any information from any customer to the effect that such customer intends to materially decrease the amount of business such customer does with North Central or North Central’s Affiliates either prior to or following the Closing Date.
Relations with Suppliers and Customers. Except as set forth in Schedule 5.31, neither Quantime nor Subsidiary nor the Quantime Shareholders is required to provide any bonding or other financial security arrangements in connection with any transaction with any customer or supplier. Neither Quantime nor Subsidiary nor the Quantime Shareholders has received any written notice nor, to Quantime's knowledge, any oral notice, that any customer or supplier of either Quantime or Subsidiary will cease to do business with either Quantime or Subsidiary or refuse to do business with SPSS after the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Except as specifically set forth on the Disclosure Schedule, neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has, to the knowledge of the Company, received any information from any customer that accounted for more than 5% of the revenues of the Company and its Subsidiaries during the last full fiscal year reasonably to the effect that such customer intends to materially decrease the amount of business it does with the businesses of the Company and its Subsidiaries either prior to or following the Merger. The Disclosure Schedule lists each supplier to the Company or any Subsidiary that is the sole source of a particular raw material, product, supply, or service.
Relations with Suppliers and Customers. None of Lexon or any of the Subsidiaries are required to provide any bonding or other financial security arrangements in connection with any transaction with any customer or supplier. No customer has notified Lexon or any of the Subsidiaries that it will nor to the best of Peskaitis' or Lexon's knowledge does any customer intend to or, except as described on Schedule 4.21 hereto, have the right to cease to do business with Lexon or the Subsidiaries after the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, to the extent that the failure to continue such business would have a material, adverse effect on Lexon's business or assets when taken as a whole.

The Company has not received any information from any customer that accounted for more than 5% of the revenues of the Company during the last full fiscal year to the effect that such customer intends to materially decrease the amount of business it does with the Company either prior to or following the Effective Time. The Disclosure Schedule lists each supplier to the Company that is the source of a particular raw material, product, supply or service with respect to which locating and qualifying a replacement source would involve significant cost or delay.
Relations with Suppliers and Customers. DeltaPoint is not required to provide any bonding or other financial security arrangements in connection with any transaction with any customer or supplier with respect to the Assets. Except as set forth on Schedule 2.27, DeltaPoint has not received any notice that any customer or supplier of DeltaPoint will not do business with SPSS after the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
Relations with Suppliers and Customers. Except for changes that would not have a Material Adverse Effect, no supplier, payor or referring physician of any Seller has provided to such Seller written notice that it will cease to do business or reduce its previous levels of business with such Seller or the Purchaser after the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
