Oral Notice. All communications concerning this Agreement should be in written form. However, HHSC may provide oral notice when circumstances are such that immediate notification should be provided, and will be deemed to have been given when the oral communication has been delivered in person, by telephone, or otherwise to the project managers identified in Section 4.04 above and provided that additional written notice is submitted within 3 business days thereafter.

Oral Notice. Notwithstanding Section 17.1, any notice hereunder, with respect to an Emergency or other occurrence requiring prompt attention of the Party receiving such notice, or as necessary during day-to-day operations, may be made orally provided that such notice is confirmed in writing promptly thereafter.
