Relationship and Responsibilities. It is expressly understood that the Owner retains the services of the Sitter as an Independent Contractor and not as an employee. The Sitter shall be responsible for his/her insurance and all statutory declarations and payments with regard to income tax and VAT where applicable. The Sitter undertakes to perform the agreed-on services in an attentive, reliable and caring manner and the Owner undertakes to provide all necessary information to assist in this performance.

Except as specifically set forth herein with respect to direct materials acquisitions by Owner, nothing contained in the Contract Documents or in any Contract Document does or shall create any contractual relation between the Owner or Architect/Engineer and any Subcontractor. Specifically, the Contractor is not acting as an agent of the Owner with respect to any Subcontractor. The utilization of any Subcontractor shall not relieve Contractor from any liability or responsibility to Owner, or obligate Owner to the payment of any compensation to the Subcontractor or additional compensation to the Contractor.

1.7. The Xxxxxx shall not be obliged to perform any other duties except those specified on the Owner’s Information sheet and Pet Information sheet.

1 .2 The Pet Sitter undertakes to perform the agreed on services in an attentive, reliable and caring manner and the Owner undertakes to provide all necessary information through the attached Pet Sitting Registration Form to assist in this performance.
1 .3 The Pet Sitter undertakes to notify the Owner of any occurrence pertaining to the dog which may be relevant to the care and well-being of the dog.
1 .4 The Pet Sitter will supply and be equipped with waste bags and will duly remove the dog’s faeces from all public places.
1 .5 The Pet Sitter will provide suitable harnesses, muzzles, leads, Kongs and GPS tracking devices for dog sitting as approved by Walked Paws. The Owner will provide suitable coats, a collar with an ID tag, any necessary medication, enough food for the duration of the pet sitting and any other items that will make the dog feel more comfortable during their stay.

1.2 The Client confirms that the Pet(s) to be cared for are not used for commercial gain.
1.3 The Client will provide suitable harnesses, collars, and leads as well as fly spray, blankets, muzzles, lead chains or other equipment as would be necessary to complete the tasks requested.

1.3. Walkies Bicester undertakes to notify the Owner of any occurrence pertaining to the pet which may be relevant to the care and well-being of the pet.
1.4. Walkies Bicester will supply and be equipped with a scooper and waste bags and will duly remove the pet’s faeces from all public places.
1.5. Walkies Bicester reserves the right to walk (if applicable) other compatible pets at the same time but undertakes to limit the number of pets walked with one person to 4 (four) if permitted on the Pet Information Sheet.
1.6. The Owner will provide suitable harnesses, collars and leads as approved by Walkies Bicester as well as coats or muzzles if required and applicable.
1.7. Walkies Bicester shall not be obliged to perform any other duties except those specified on the Pet Information Sheet or of required, the Veterinary Release Form.

1.2. The Xxxxxx undertakes to perform the agreed-on services in an attentive, reliable and professional manner, and the Owner undertakes to provide all necessary information to assist in this performance.
1.3. The Xxxxxx undertakes to notify the Owner of any unforeseen occurrence pertaining to the dog which may be relevant to the care and well-being of the dog.
1.4. The Xxxxxx will supply and be equipped with a scooper and waste bags and will duly remove the dog’s faeces from all public places.
1.5. The Xxxxxx reserves the right to walk other friendly, sociable and compatible dogs at the same time, unless a solo dog walk has been specifically requested by the Owner, and undertakes to limit the number of dogs walked with one person to a maximum of 4 (four).
1.6. The Owner will provide suitable harnesses, collars and leads as approved by the Xxxxxx as well as coats or muzzles if required.
1.7. The Xxxxxx shall not be obliged to perform any other duties except those specified on the Owner’s Information sheet and Pet Information sheet.
Relationship and Responsibilities. 1.1. The Handler undertakes to perform the agreed-on services in an attentive, reliable and caring manner and the Owner undertakes to provide all necessary information to assist in this performance.
1.2. The Handler undertakes to notify the Owner of any occurrence pertaining to the pet relevant to the pet's well-being.
1.3. The Handler reserves the right to walk other compatible dogs at the same time but undertakes to limit the number of dogs walked with one person to 6 (six) as long as all dogs are deemed “dog friendly” by the judgment of the Handler.
1.4. The Owner will provide suitable harnesses, collars and leads as approved by the Handler as well as muzzles if required.
1.5. The Handler may use company provided leashes or harnesses if deemed necessary.
1.6. Services may be shortened due to unsuitable weather conditions as deemed appropriate by the Handler and refunds will not be offered in these circumstances.
1.7. The Handler shall not be obliged to perform any other duties except those specified on the Owner's Information sheet and Pet Information sheet unless agreed upon between Owner and Handler.
