Relationship Contractor recognizes and accepts that Owner is entering into this Agreement in reliance on Contractor’s expertise, skills and abilities with respect to performing its obligations hereunder – including specifically, the Contractor’s expertise, skills, and abilities with respect to the Project. Additionally, the Contractor acknowledges that the Owner is relying upon the Contractor’s knowledge of, and experience with the Project obtained in connection with its role as the Contractor. The Contractor accepts the relationship of trust and confidence established between it and the Owner by this Agreement, and covenants to furnish its best efforts, skill and judgment and to cooperate with the Architect and any other consultants engaged by the Owner. Contractor shall furnish construction administration and management services and shall be responsible for the completion of the Project in an expeditious and economical manner consistent with the interests of the Owner.
