Relationship Managers; Other Designated Bank Employees. Bank shall designate an individual with responsibility for the day-to-day management and administration of the Bank/Retailer relationship and the Program (“Bank Relationship Manager”). The Bank Relationship Manager shall be dedicated solely to the Program and shall be resident at Retailer’s headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida or such other Bank location as the parties mutually agree.
