Relationship with Client a) If FPM agrees to provide Services to the potential Client, FPM will enter into relevant contracts or documents relating to the Services with the potential Client. FPM will do so directly in its own capacity and name. FPM will manage the relationship with the Client in relation to the Services. The Affiliate acknowledges that under no circumstances does it have authority to conduct any transaction with a potential Client on behalf of FPM.
Relationship with Client. In undertaking to perform the Services for Client, it is understood that Consultant and Consultants agents and employees, ifany, are doing so as independent consultants and nQt as employees of Client. Neither Consultant nor Consultant's agents and employees will have power or authority to bind Client or to assume or create any obligation or responsibility, express or implied, on Client's part or in Client's name.
Relationship with Client. Customer understands and acknowledges that Caterer is an independent business and not a part of or controlled by [ ] (“Client”), that Client will have no responsibility for Caterer or Xxxxxxx’s activities including performance of this Agreement or the food and beverages served by Xxxxxxx, and that Caterer cannot bind or otherwise act on behalf of Client.

  • Relationship with other agreements The implementation of this Treaty shall not prejudice obligations undertaken by States Parties with regard to existing international agreements, to which they are party, where those obligations are consistent with the Treaty.

  • Relationship The relationship of the parties to this Agreement is determined solely by the provisions of this Agreement. The parties do not intend to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, trust, fiduciary or other relationship with duties or incidents different from those of parties to an arm’s-length contract.

  • Business Relationship The relationship between a landlord and tenant is a business relationship. A courteous and businesslike attitude is required from both parties. We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone who is verbally abusive, swears, is disrespectful, makes threats, is under the influence, is argumentative, or in general displays an attitude at the time of the unit showing and application process that causes management to believe we would not have a positive business relationship.

  • Our Relationship With You We are an independent contractor for all purposes, except that we act as your agent with respect to the custody of your funds for the Service. We do not have control of, or liability for, any products or services that are paid for with our Service. We also do not guarantee the identity of any user of the Service (including but not limited to recipients to whom you send payments).

  • Confidential Relationship Any information and advice furnished by any party to this Agreement to the other party or parties shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the other party hereto except as required by law, rule or regulation. The Manager hereby consents to the disclosure to third parties of (i) investment results and other data of the Manager or the Portfolio in connection with providing composite investment results of the Adviser and (ii) investments and transactions of the Manager or the Portfolio in connection with providing composite information of clients of the Adviser.

  • BROKERAGE RELATIONSHIP 59 4.1. If the Seller Agency box at the top of page 1 is checked, Broker represents Seller as Seller’s limited agent (Seller’s 60 Agent). If the Transaction-Brokerage box at the top of page 1 is checked, Broker acts as a Transaction-Broker.

  • Contractual Relationship It is understood and agreed that the relationship described in this Agreement between the Parties is contractual in nature and is not to be construed to create a partnership or joint venture or agency relationship between the parties.   • Working Relationship 4.3.1 Where there is a problem in the working relationship between the principal and the Board (including individual Board members) that has not been informally resolved and is to the detriment of the school, the Board, in consultation with the principal, may consider appointing a suitably qualified independent person to mediate or facilitate between the parties and/or undertake an impartial and objective assessment of the concern(s).

  • EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS The ORGANIZATION, its employees, volunteers or agents performing under this Agreement are not deemed to be employees of the COUNTY, nor volunteers or agents of the COUNTY in any manner whatsoever. No officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the ORGANIZATION will hold themselves out as, or claim to be, an officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the COUNTY by reason hereof, nor will they make any claim, demand or application to or for any right or privilege applicable to an officer, employee volunteer or agent of the COUNTY. The parties agree that the COUNTY will not be responsible for the payment of any industrial insurance premiums or related claims or other benefits that may arise during the performance of services under this Agreement for any ORGANIZATION employee or volunteer, or for any consultant’s, contractor’s or subcontractor’s employee(s) or agent(s) that has been retained by the ORGANIZATION.
