Client Access. 4.8.1 CLIENT’s employees and agents (including its independent contractors) (collectively, “CLIENT Personnel”) may participate in the production of the Product only in such capacities as may be approved in writing in advance by LWI. CLIENT Personnel working at the Facility are required to comply with LWI’s Operating Documents and any other applicable LWI facility and/or safety policies. For the avoidance of doubt, CLIENT Personnel may not physically participate in the production or manufacture of any Product that may be used in or on humans.
4.8.2 CLIENT Personnel working at the Facility will be and remain employees of CLIENT, and CLIENT will be solely responsible for the payment of compensation for such CLIENT Personnel (including applicable Federal, state and local withholding, FICA and other payroll taxes, workers’ compensation insurance, health insurance, and other similar statutory and fringe benefits). CLIENT covenants and agrees to maintain workers’ compensation benefits and employers’ liability insurance as required by applicable Federal and Maryland laws with respect to all CLIENT Personnel working at the Facility.
4.8.3 CLIENT will pay for the actual cost of repairing or replacing to its previous status (to the extent that LWI determines, in its reasonable judgment, that repairs cannot be adequately effected) any property of LWI damaged or destroyed by CLIENT Personnel, provided CLIENT shall not be liable for repair or replacement costs resulting from ordinary wear and tear.
4.8.4 CLIENT Personnel visiting or having access to the Facility will abide by LWI standard policies, operating procedures and the security procedures established by LWI. CLIENT will be liable for any breaches of security by CLIENT Personnel. In addition, CLIENT will reimburse LWI for the cost of any lost security cards issued to CLIENT Personnel, at the rate of $50 per security card. All CLIENT Personnel will agree to abide by LWI policies and SOPs established by LWI, and will sign an appropriate confidentiality agreement.
4.8.5 CLIENT will indemnify and hold harmless LWI from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising out of any injuries suffered by CLIENT Personnel while at the Facility or elsewhere, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of any LWI Party.
Client Access. 6.5.1 Client's employees and agents (including its independent contractors) (collectively, "Client Personnel") may with prior notice participate in the production of the Product in such capacities as may be approved in writing in advance by CBSW, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Client Personnel working at the Facility are required to comply with CBSW's Operating Documents and any other applicable CBSW Facility and/or safety policies.
6.5.2 Client Personnel working at the Facility will be and remain employees of Client, and Client will be solely responsible for the payment of compensation for such Client Personnel (including applicable Federal, state and local withholding, FICA and other payroll taxes, workers' compensation insurance, health insurance, and other similar statutory and fringe benefits). Client covenants and agrees to maintain workers' compensation benefits and employers' liability insurance as required by applicable Federal and Maryland laws with respect to all Client Personnel working at the Facility.
6.5.3 Client will pay for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing (to the extent that CBSW determines, in its reasonable judgment, that repairs cannot be adequately effected) any property of CBSW damaged or destroyed by Client Personnel, provided the Client shall not be liable for repair or replacement costs resulting from ordinary wear and tear.
6.5.4 Client Personnel authorized to have access to the Facility will abide by the security procedures established by CBSW. Client will be liable for any breaches of security by Client Personnel. In addition, Client will reimburse CBSW for the cost of any lost security cards issued to Client Personnel, at the rate of US$50 per security card. All Client Personnel xxxx agree to abide by CBSW policies and SOPs established by CBSW, and will sign a confidentiality agreement in the then-current form used by CBSW.
Client Access. (a) If required, you shall provide the Government with the ability to access the Site and Data on the Site and make changes to that data. You shall provide the Government with the ability to set a password for access to the Site.
(b) The Government’s connection will be secured by the firewall referred to in Section 5 of this appendix or by a separate dedicated virtual private network solution.
Client Access. At any time, you can find out what personal information we have, what it is being used for and to whom it has been disclosed. However, in some specific circumstances, disclosure of your personal information to you can or must by law be denied, for example, when: • The information is protected by solicitor/ client privilege; • Disclosure of the information would also reveal personal information about another person; or • Disclosure would reveal confidential commercial information. • We will do our best to provide the required information to you within 30 days and will provide an explanation if we are unable to meet your request. A fee may be charged for certain inquiries due to the time and resources required, in which case we will provide an estimate of the amount in advance.
Client Access. Licensee needs a separate Client Access License for Windows NT Server in order to access or otherwise utilize the following Windows NT Server basic network service. File Services (sharing and managing files and/or disk storage), Printing Services (sharing and managing printers), and Remote Access Service (accessing the server from a remote location through a communications link). Licensee does not need a separate Client Access License for Windows NT Server to access or otherwise utilize any other Windows NT Server services, to access or run Microsoft or third-party server applications on Windows NT Server, or to otherwise use the Client Software.
Client Access. Licensee needs to acquire a separate Client Access License for Microsoft Exchange Server in order to use Microsoft Exchange Client Software to access and otherwise utilize Microsoft Exchange Server and to access or otherwise utilize the services of any other electronic mail server software. Note regarding the use of the Forms Designer and Sample Applications. The Forms Designer and its components may only be used to create applications which utilize the services of Microsoft Exchange Server ("Application"). Microsoft grants Licensee the following non-exclusive rights: (i) to reproduce and distribute the run-time modules of the Forms Designer in conjunction with Licensee's Application; (ii) to reproduce, customize and distribute the run-time modules of the Sample Applications in conjunction with Licensee's Application; and (iii) to use and modify the source code version of the Sample Applications and to reproduce and distribute the object code version of such modifications in conjunction with Licensee's Application. Any distribution permitted under this Section must be in compliance with the Distribution Requirements listed below. For purposes of this Section, "run-time modules" are those files identified in the written materials accompanying Microsoft Exchange Server as required during the execution of Licensee's software product. Source Extractor and Microsoft Mall Connector, Microsoft Exchange Server also includes Source Extractor software. The Source Extractor and Microsoft Mail Connector programs contain components which may be installed on additional machines. Microsoft grants Licensee the additional right to modify the source code version of the Source Extractor programs. The Source Extractor programs may only be used to migrate data to Microsoft Exchange Server.
Client Access. Subject to Landlord’s reasonable regulations, Client shall have access to the Premises 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, except in the case of an emergency or when the Building may be closed by governmental authorities. Landlord shall provide Client with a restricted entry access system for after-hours access to the Building.

Client Access. Client, acting through its Eligible Client Personnel, shall provide such information and/or access to Client resources as Gimmal may reasonably require in order to provide Technical Support under this Agreement, including, without limitation, access via the Internet or via direct modem or VPN connection to relevant Client servers, minimally intrusive access to Client facilities, and/or access to, and assistance of, Client personnel who possess information required by Gimmal for purposes of performing its obligations hereunder. Gimmal shall be excused from any non-performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent any such nonperformance is attributable to Client’s failure to perform its obligations under this Section 6.2.3.
