Common use of Relationship with Supplier Clause in Contracts

Relationship with Supplier. 4.1.1 The rights and obligations of Client in relation to the Lease are set out exclusively in this Agreement and the Transaction Document. The rights and remedies of Client and the obligations of the Supplier are set out exclusively in the Supply Contract, in relation to Equipment and Services. The Supply Contract continues to apply in all respects, other than IGF’s assumption of the obligation to pay for Products and title to Equipment passing to IGF on such payment. It is acknowledged that whilst IGF is not liable for Product performance or Product related issues, nothing in this Agreement or any Transaction Document shall affect any remedies Client may have against the Supplier.
