Common use of Release for Payment Clause in Contracts

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Document Custodian of the Services Provider’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit H (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with any liquidation have been credited to the Collection Account), the Document Custodian shall promptly release the relevant Related Contracts to the Services Provider.

Release for Payment. Upon receipt by the Document Custodian Trustee of the Services ProviderServicer’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit H (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with any liquidation such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection AccountAccount as provided in this Agreement), the Document Custodian Trustee shall promptly release the relevant Related Contracts related Required Loan Documents to the Services ProviderServicer.
