RELEASE FROM TERMS OF SERVICE. The JV AmeriCorps member understands that they will be either suspended or released for cause in accordance with the following paragraphs of this section for committing certain acts during the term of service including but not limited to being convicted or charged with a violent felony, possession, sale, or distribution of a controlled substance.
