Release of Catch Data. Pursuant to section 402(b)(1)(F) of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Fishery 22 Conservation and Management Act, 16 U.S.C. §1881a(b)(1)(F), the undersigned hereby authorizes the 23 release to the undersigned hereby authorizes the release to the Manager of VI Northeast Fishery Xxxxxx, 00 Inc.; Program Director of Northeast Sector Service Network, and the FishTrax Programmer, of 25 information that may be or is considered to be confidential or privileged by the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Act 26 or other federal law regarding the catch of various species of fish associated with the limited access 27 Northeast multispecies permit with the Moratorium Right Identifiers (MRIs) enrolled in the sector 28 submitted to the National Marine Fisheries Service that the undersigned has authority to access. This 29 information includes data required to be submitted or collected by NMFS, including but not limited to 30 days-at-sea allocation and usage, vessel trip reports, dealer reports, Northeast Fishery Observer 1 Program data, information collected for conservation and management purposes, catch and landings 2 history data, at-sea monitoring data, VMS information, and all other information associated with the 3 vessel, MRI #, and/or permit records.
